FAQ
Can I book a private tour?
Yes!
A private ride will accommodate private groups of folks, meaning no one outside of a party booked will be on the bike. A private ride must pay for at least 12 riders. You can enjoy this experience however with as little as 8 pedalers, but again, must pay for at least 12 to have a private bike.
Do I have to book a private tour?
Of course not, you can book individual seats on any of our public tours.
A public ride is for small groups that will be paired up with other small groups and is priced per seat. On public rides, small groups must rotate pedaling and DJ duties.

What should I wear?
Clothes must be worn to cover your ASSets, including your chest. Shirts required!
No heels (tennis shoes are recommended)
No excessive baggie clothes
No short skirts that can ride up while pedaling
Jeans are not recommended in the summer

Cancellations & Refunds
If there are any future government shutdowns and/or travel bans due to COVID-19 that affect your reservation, you can rest assured that we will offer you a raincheck or refund (whichever you prefer). We hope this flexibility gives you peace of mind when making your reservation with us!
You may call or email us to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your reservation date and receive a full refund. You may call or email us to reschedule your reservation date, subject to availability, up to 14 days before your scheduled tour.
We cannot cancel or reschedule less than 14 days from the reservation date. Any payments made will be forfeited in the case of cancellation within 14 days of the reservation date.
If your reservation is rescheduled, we cannot reschedule or cancel a second time. These bookings will still be charged the full amount. Make sure to cancel or reschedule in advance if you need to!
Reservations utilizing three or more bikes must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold each bike. This amount will not be refunded at any point if bikes are cancelled. Full payment will be due 14 days in advance and is non-refundable.
Weather Policy
We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don’t worry — you won’t be pedaling around in a monsoon! If we have to cancel the tour based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.
Weather cancellations are not made until right before your tour’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.
Code of Conduct
The following actions are not allowed while riding the The Tipsy Carriage Party Bike. All riders must abide by our Code of Conduct.
- Any form of indecent exposure
- Giving alcohol to non-passengers
- Standing at any point the bike is not parked
- Lewd or socially inappropriate dancing
- Vulgar or socially inappropriate music
- Obscene or vulgar language
- Over-intoxication
- Vomiting on or around the bike
- Public urination on or around the bike
- Littering
- Fighting
- Stealing
- Any other behavior deemed inappropriate
THERE WILL BE A $150 CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE FOR ANY VIOLATION TO THESE CODES. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
If anyone violates any of these actions, you will be removed immediately and the tour will be canceled at driver’s discretion and no refund will be honored.
